About Us

Rene, the founder of Zallmann Contracting has been in the construction industry since 1979 and has experience with all facets of the building industry both commercial and residential. 

Zallmann Contracting originated in Germany in 1994 building turn-key homes, fulfilling commercial contracts for exterior finishing and tiling for multiple apartment buildings.

In 1998 Zallmann Contracting opened a specialty woodworking shop providing custom flooring, trim, custom hand-made doors and windows in Ontario. 

In 2011 Zallmann Contracting incorporated and began building custom homes, additions and interior/exterior renovations. 

In 2024 Zallmann Contracting moved their business to beautiful Prince Edward Island.
